Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love the items you've purchased from us, but if for any reason you need to make a refund or exchange, please email us at info@ethicalmerchants.com with the subject 'Refund' and we will respond to you within 1 working day. Ethical Merchants provides 1 free return/exchange for local orders on qualifying products. Unless otherwise stated, sale items will also be eligible for returns.
You may return your item within 3 days of receiving the item. For international orders, customers will have to bear the shipping cost of returns and exchanges.
Items need to be returned in the same condition that you received it i.e. unused, unwashed, with tag attached and original packaging.
Please note:
- For hygiene reasons, items such as earrings, masks, or personal care items cannot be returned.
- We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or If your items show signs of wear, we may have to send it back to you or void your refund.
- Shipping costs incurred on the original purchase are not refundable unless items have been deemed faulty.
